Sockeye Stone is a jasper found on Vancouver Island. The jasper comes in many colors but this is one of the most striking with a maroon and green resembling the colors of a spawning sockeye salmon. We have not worked this material a lot but it is porous because it is abyssal but with the amount and variety of colors, it may be a great location for table material.
